It includes three pieces – a pair of gloves, a boxing speed bag and an air pump – giving them everything they need to practise boxing, become better and keep active. Adjustable to four different heights, the steel rod frame of the boxing kit is fitted with a mounted spring, so the inflatable ball bounces back into place instantly, with a base which can be filled with water or sand to keep it weighted.
